Head of Trading Services

Lead the equities and fixed-income business, cross-functional teams, compliance, risk, technology partners, customer operations and commercial plans. Oversee Iraq ISC licensing, AML/KYC and client-asset controls; order handling, settlement, reconciliations, corporate actions and statements; product roadmap, pricing, provider contracts, customer service and reporting.

Requirements

10 years in financial services including 5 years in a senior brokerage, trading or investment role. Equity operations experience; fixed income preferred. Experience leading multifunctional teams of 20 or more, launching products from concept and regulatory approval to operation, managing outsourced technology contracts and performance, securities licensing, AML/KYC, client assets and regulated customer care. Strong Arabic and English.
