Job description
Build your next chapter in garment manufacturing
Support recruitment, onboarding, personnel records, payroll, attendance and leave. Handle employee enquiries and assist with factory compliance audits.
Advertised requirements
At least two years in HR, preferably garments; Jordanian labour-law and office-software knowledge. Jordanian applicants need Arabic and English; Bangladeshi applicants need Bengali and English, with Arabic an advantage.
Location and working arrangements
Aqaba International Industrial Estate, Jordan. Full-time, on-site, permanent role; 48 hours weekly, eight hours daily and Friday off. Pay depends on experience.
