Job description
Lead change and transformation projects at Capital Bank in Amman, controlling costs and supporting customer experience.
Responsibilities
Prepare and refine project plans and budgets, secure financial, human and material resources, and define milestones and quality, time and cost criteria. Anticipate risks, develop contingency plans, assess deliverable quality and oversee third-party project contracts.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree and at least six years of relevant experience.
