Director - Finance & Business Support

Crowne Plaza Resort Petra is recruiting a Director of Finance & Business Support for its Petra operation, including Petra Guest House, working with the General Manager and department leaders.

Lead the finance team; prepare reports, budgets, forecasts and analysis; monitor revenue, costs and cash flow; maintain controls and compliance; and coordinate support with HR, IT and Purchasing.

A relevant bachelor’s degree and strong finance-leadership and team-development experience are required. International hotel experience is preferred and previous IHG experience is an advantage. English proficiency is required; Arabic is an advantage.
