Director of Digital Channels

Lead digital-channel platforms in Amman with ten-plus years in process automation and enterprise products, overseeing delivery, risk and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define, design and develop next-generation digital channels with business units, management and stakeholders.
• Manage systems managers and timely application development, maintenance and implementation, connecting business needs with IT.
• Document projects and cost-benefit analyses, interpret business/technical requirements and assess application risks and vulnerabilities.
• Ensure essential applications remain available during failures or disasters and approve packages against policy and data standards.
• Manage releases and vendor enhancements, balance risks and align priorities, build, testing and delivery with time and budget.
• Assess automation feasibility, detailed requirements, systems design and hardware/software selection.

Requirements and application

• A CS, CIS, BIS or related bachelor’s degree and ten-plus years implementing process automation and enterprise products.
• Digital transformation methods/platforms, API architecture, DevOps, cloud development and Agile expertise.
• Self-motivation, time and people management, communication, teamwork under pressure, rule compliance and accountability.
