HR and Administration Supervisor

Dimitri’s Coffee is accepting applications for its HR and Administration Supervisor vacancy from candidates with the following qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations and recruitment and selection processes.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures and monthly payroll processing.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and job descriptions.
• Follow up on performance evaluations and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with Jordanian Labour Law and applicable regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and support management on HR matters.

Qualifications and experience

• A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• More than five years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Jordanian Labour Law and Social Security regulations.
• Experience developing and updating HR policies, procedures and job descriptions.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• A good command of Microsoft Office and Excel, and excellent English.
• Food-and-beverage or multi-branch experience is an advantage.
