ServiceNow Traineeship

A hands-on Devoteam traineeship in Amman for recent graduates, focused on developing, implementing and customising ServiceNow solutions with experienced consultants.

Learning and responsibilities

• Develop technical skills across ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities and support customer projects and internal initiatives under experienced consultants.
• Complete the ServiceNow certification path and build essential platform knowledge.
• Assist with the design, implementation and customisation of cloud-based solutions and gain development experience using good coding practices.
• Prepare and maintain technical and design documentation, identify product issues and escalate them to the project team.
• Participate in team meetings, training and knowledge-sharing activities.

Qualifications and skills

• A recent graduate with a background in computer science, information technology or a related field.
• An interest in technology, cloud solutions and IT service management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills, with stakeholder-management and interpersonal abilities.
• A consulting and client-facing mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Fluent English and native Arabic.

• A traineeship within the N Platform business unit in Amman, Jordan.
• Work location: King Hussein Business Park, Building 15, third floor.
