RPA Competency Lead

Lead an RPA practice in Amman across strategy, proposals and partnerships, with twelve years of software experience and at least five RPA projects.

Responsibilities

• Set the practice’s long-term vision, technology roadmap, annual goals and RPA-service portfolio with company leaders.
• Grow business across verticals and customers and lead estimates, architecture reviews, documentation and presales.
• Partner with sales and marketing on requests for proposals, prepare technical bids and recommend suitable technologies and tools.
• Build product and service partnerships, establish pursuit and delivery practices and align stakeholders on time, risk and cost.

Requirements

• At least twelve years in software, preferably IT services or consulting; the general field lists five-plus years.
• Leadership of at least five RPA-related projects and evidence of building or leading a practice for a midsize IT-services company.
• Deep UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism knowledge and relevant certification in at least one platform.
• Design, delivery and support of automation and ML/AI solutions and the ability to prepare business cases and quantify benefits.
• Team motivation and excellent technical and business communication; Middle East client experience is preferred.
