• Take initiative to assist guests throughout their stay, handle operational needs and requests, complete reports and share local information.
• Support a smooth arrival, departure and overall stay experience, coordinating practical tasks that meet guest needs.
• Follow safety and quality policies, maintain confidentiality, protect hotel assets and communicate with a professional appearance and manner.

Qualifications and work requirements

• High school or equivalent is preferred. No prior related or supervisory experience, licence or professional certification is specified.
• Work involves extended standing, sitting or walking and moving, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to ten pounds without assistance.
