Princess Taghrid Institute for Development and Training helps girls without family care move towards independent living after leaving residential care. Its aftercare programme for ages 18–24 combines social, psychological and academic support with vocational preparation and community integration, in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Development.
The institute expanded its work to women of different ages across Jordan’s governorates, with particular attention to rural and disadvantaged communities. It develops skills, supports employment and assists productive projects and home-based businesses.
Its Dar Ne’meh initiative connects local products with markets through display and sales outlets, linking training with practical economic opportunities. The main office is in Tlaa Al Ali, Amman, while activities reach other parts of Jordan.
