Established in Amman in 2003, Phenix Center for Economic and Informatics Studies is an independent non-governmental research institution. It uses a rights-based approach to connect economic, social and development research with policies that advance justice and reduce inequality.
Its activities include research, policy and project evaluation, strategy assessment, training, capacity development and evidence-based advocacy. Areas of focus include economic and social rights, sustainable development and a stronger civil society and supporting legislative environment.
