Jobs at Nahj Training and Development

Established in 2012, Nahj Training and Development is a Jordanian nonprofit focused on youth empowerment and learning about development. It recognizes individuals, institutions and communities as active participants in their own development and young people as contributors to positive social change.

Nahj develops activities and training that prepare youth to promote community wellbeing. Its approach combines practical action, reflection and continuous learning, supported by consultation with communities and local partners and an inclusive stance against discrimination.

Its project locations include Beit Ides in the Kura district and Baqaa refugee camp, where it works with residents, local leaders and organizations sharing its objectives. The office is at 10 Husni Fareez Street in Jabal Al-Weibdeh, Amman.
