About Jordan Concrete Association (JCA)
Jordan Concrete Association was established in 1981 and is based in Amman. Its scientific and professional work advances concrete design and construction, material quality and structural safety, while gathering technical and economic knowledge and sharing expertise with specialist bodies in Jordan and abroad.
The association organizes conferences, lectures and workshops and supports research, experiments and civil-engineering student projects. Its topics include sustainable concrete, environmentally responsible building materials, and the assessment and rehabilitation of structures. It also conducts training and certification examinations in cooperation with the American Concrete Institute.
